As a Psychologist, I’ve focused my efforts to helping individuals suffering with anxiety and depression. For a number of reasons, rates of anxiety and depression are higher than they’ve ever been, and are likely to increase in the future. The isolation brought upon by Covid-19 has further exacerbated the problem.
My years of education and experience in treating anxiety and depression allow me to take a unique approach that is customized to every patient. I take a holistic approach that includes examining the person’s mental well-being, surroundings, circumstances and other factors.
Medicare rebates apply if you have a special referral from your Doctor under the Mental Health Care Plan.
Anxiety can manifest in various forms including phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and General Anxiety Disorder. If you’re experiencing feels of overwhelming anxiousness regularly, I can help.

As a Gottman Certified Couples Counsellor, I can help you with a wide range of complex relationship issues including communication problems, emotional issues, parenting, sexual difficulties and more.

About David Fox
Psychologist, Speaker and Author
David Fox is a Sydney-based author, speaker and registered psychologist with a masters degree in psychology.
His goal is to teach people individually and within organisations how to help themselves thrive and overcome mental health difficulties – especially anxiety and depression.
In addition, David is highly skilled and experienced in couples and relationship counselling and is a Gottman certified couples counsellor.
David is also an advocate and supporter of people who would like to reduce or potentially stop taking anti-depressant drugs if they are struggling with negative side effects or long term impacts of these drugs and who may be looking for alternative routes to a better quality of life.
With over 10 years of experience working as an employee assistance counsellor and corporate trainer in mental health, he has developed an in-depth understanding of the difficulties that can sometimes occur when employees are struggling with mental health issues.
