What is CBT?

In this video I will teach you the basics of what CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) is and why I think it is one of the most important tools for you to have in your resilience bag when it comes to relieving stress, anxiety and depression.

I have used CBT for over 20 years now both personally and professionally and I know it works – that is aside from proven research studies which show it to be one of the most effective therapeutic tools to help people overcome stress, anxiety and depression.
